Each workshop rotates season and focus, Ayurvedic practices will vary. Led by Indie (she/hers)

October / Fall: Breath: Balance + Nadi Shodhana

In much of the times we find ourselves in now, balance in our bodies is something that is constantly needed. Breath is a key place to cultivate it and pranayama provides a lifelong foundation to support that.
